Habri Builders has carefully selected the best construction techniques, acquired from our years of experience, to give our clients a seamless design and build process.
We can design your home from scratch, or you can customize one of our highly-modifiable portfolio floor plans to meet your needs. Our portfolio of custom home floor plans consists of fully customizable three, four, and five bedroom floor plans with elevations. We can build on your lot and will gladly assist you in both the lot purchase and due diligence.
We use solid concrete and/or concrete block walls to roof line. We offer numerous high wind load compliant features to protect your family and your investment. We can incorporate design features as you direct so that your home grows with you (handicapped/wheelchair accessible, elevators, etc.).
We use Green Building (energy-efficient), EnergyStar and sustainable construction practices and products to make your home environmentally friendly and long-term cost efficient.
We use the latest pest management products, including pesticide tubes in the wall and under the slab and in the attic, preventing your family from having any direct contact to pesticides, while increasing the chances that the bugs do!
